Detailed Receiving & Inspection $25 Includes un-cartoning and inspection for scratches, nicks, chips, or other freight-related defects. Rugs inspected on request by the hour.
Budget Receiving $18 Inspection for apparent freight damage. Opened only for apparent carton damage or lack of identifying information.
Crates, Pallets, & Carpet Rolls Receiving $35 Inspection is additional and billed by the hour.
1-Person Crew $100 / hour Two-hour minimum.
2-Person Crew $165 / hour Two-hour minimum.
3-Person Crew $240 / hour Two-hour minimum.
Each Additional Crew Member $85 / hour Added to scheduled crew pricing.

Storage

Per-piece, per-day storage rates.

Accessories $0.50 / piece / day Non-furniture items in boxes up to 3.1 ft3, such as lamps, vases, and decorative pieces.
Ambient $0.85 / piece / day General furniture items that do not require temperature control.
Area Rugs $0.85 / piece / day Items greater than 10' x 10' are charged $1.50 per piece per day.
Climate Controlled $1.00 / piece / day General furniture items that are temperature- or humidity-sensitive.
Standard Crates / Pallets $2.00 / piece / day Standard palletized or crated storage.
XL Non-Stackable $3.25 / piece / day Double pallets, XL crates, and carpet rolls.

Extra Support Costs

Project support, pickup, and handling extras.

Service Rate Notes
Fuel & Vehicle Usage $75 Or $1.50 per mile after the first 50 miles.
Trash Removal - Carton $5 Per carton.
Trash Removal - Pallet $25 Per pallet.
Trash Removal - Crate $50 Per crate.
Customer Pickup $20 / piece Plus crew labor. Requires 24 business hours notice.
Photos $10 Plus crew labor to pull and stage.
Blanket Wraps $6 May be required for proper storage.
Restocking $15 Plus crew labor.
Side Mark / Value Determination $20 Applies to pieces that arrived without a client and billing name, or without a value if insured.

Declared Valuation

Storage: $7.50 per $1,000 of value

Delivery: $13.50 per $1,000 of value.

Cancellation

Less than 48 business hours

Jobs canceled less than 48 business hours before the scheduled job are billed at two crew-hours for each scheduled crew member, plus pull and load time.

Special Requests

Unusual jobs get a warehouse review first.

Oversized freight, container work, heavy restaging, custom labor, and special delivery requirements may need a project-specific scope review.

  • 10 standard pallets stored for 21 days at $2.00 each per day = $420
  • 2-man crew with 2-hour minimum = $330

  • 18 pieces received with detailed inspection at $25 each = $450
  • 18 climate-controlled pieces stored for 30 days at $1.00 each per day = $540
  • 6 photos at $10 each = $60
  • 2-man crew with 2-hour minimum for pull and release = $330

Shipment details Tell us whether the freight is palletized, crated, containerized, climate-sensitive, oversized, or event-related.
Timing Tell us whether the first inbound, offload, or release is ordering now, within 30 days, 30-90 days, or later.
